Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Viet Nam) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fertilizer Trading professional who can go beyond conventional back-to-back trading and actively develop strategic trading and partnership structures in Vietnam. This role focuses on supplying overseas fertilizer raw materials to Vietnam and the export trading of fertilizers produced in Vietnam, in close collaboration with major local manufacturers and distributors. Key Responsibilities • Execute import and export trading of fertilizers and fertilizer raw materials (Urea, DAP, MAP, NPK, Potash, Phosphates, Sulfur, etc.). • Develop supplying overseas fertilizer raw materials to Vietnam and manage customers relationships. • Build strategic trading partnerships with major Vietnamese fertilizer producers and large distributors. • Develop export trading models for Vietnam-made fertilizers, including compound fertilizers. • Structure transactions beyond spot trading (long-term offtake, back-to-back, agency, or structured trading models). • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, logistics, and payment terms. • Monitor global and regional fertilizer markets, pricing trends, and supply-demand dynamics. • Coordinate with internal finance, legal, logistics, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:
• 7–10+ years of experience in fertilizer trading
• Proven experience in fertilizer imports/exports and raw material sourcing (not limited to pure back-to-back trading).
• Strong understanding of fertilizer products, production processes, and market dynamics.
• Hands-on experience working with Vietnamese fertilizer producers or large distributors is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of international trade terms, logistics, and trade finance structures.
• Fluency in English; Vietnamese proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial mindset, and ability to develop long-term partnerships.
